OS&Y (Outside Screw & Yoke) Gate Valves are
specialized valves used in fire suppression systems to ensure reliable
water flow control. In these valves, the valve stem (spindle) is
visible from the outside of the body, allowing the open/close
operation to be easily observed externally. This feature enables
operators to quickly verify the valve position (open/closed).
Size Range: 2" - 12"
Connection: Grooved or Flanged
Operating Pressure: 300 psi (20 bar)
Approval: FM & UL
NRS Gate Valve
NRS (Non Rising Stem) Gate Valves are a commonly
preferred, reliable, and compact type of valve in fire suppression
systems. In these valves, the stem moves within the body, so it does
not rise outward during operation. This feature allows them to be used
as shut-off valves, particularly on underground hydrant lines. An NRS
Gate Valve installed underground with a post indicator or extension
rod allows for practical opening and closing operations.
A Post Indicator is a valve extension control device
used in fire suppression systems to visually indicate whether the main
water supply line is open or closed. It can be installed on NRS-type
gate valves located on underground hydrant lines. In addition to
providing a visual display of the valve’s position, it allows easy
operation of the underground valve’s open/close function using the
post indicator.
Size Range: 4" - 16"
Connection: 2"x 2" Square Nut
Approval: FM & UL
Butterfly Valve
Butterfly Valves Gate Valves are practical and
reliable types of valves used in fire suppression systems to control
water flow or as shut-off valves at the inlet of sprinkler systems,
deluge valves, wet alarm valves, and sprinkler piping. Thanks to the
gearbox, the valve can be easily opened and closed. Its compact design
allows use even in confined spaces. A supervisory switch enables
electrical monitoring of the valve’s open/closed position, enhancing
the reliability of fire protection systems.
Size Range: 2½" - 12"
Connection: Wafer or Flanged
Operating Pressure: 300 psi (20 bar)
Approval: FM & UL
Double Door Check Valve
Double Door Check Valve are high-performance valve
types used in fire protection systems to prevent backflow and ensure
the safety of the pipeline. Their double-disc design allows for faster
closure and minimizes the risk of reverse flow. These valves provide a
reliable solution in fire lines with low pressure loss and a compact
structure. They are suitable for wafer-type installation between
flanges.
Size Range: 4" - 12"
Connection: Wafer
Operating Pressure: 175 psi - 300 psi
Approval: FM & UL
Swing Check Valve
Swing Check Valves are high-performance valves used
in fire protection systems to ensure one-way water flow and prevent
backflow. Thanks to their swing disc mechanism, they provide fast and
secure closure, enhancing the reliability of the system. With their
compact and durable design, they offer long-lasting performance in
fire lines.
Size Range: 2" - 16"
Connection: Grooved or Flanged
Operating Pressure: 350 psi (24 bar)
Approval: FM & UL
Dry Barrel Fire Hydrant
Dry Barrel Fire Hydrants are high-safety firefighting
devices specifically designed for underground fire hydrant lines,
featuring freeze protection. The water inside the hydrant remains
within the body only when the valve is opened, eliminating the risk of
freezing and enabling rapid response during emergencies.
Hose Outlet Options: 2x2½" - 3x2½" - 4x2½".
Pumper Middle Outlet : 4.5" - 5"
Monitor Outlet (Flanged): 3" - 4"
Wet Alarm Valve
Wet alarm valves are critical and mandatory
components in wet-type automatic fire sprinkler systems that allow
water to flow automatically while providing both mechanical and
electrical alarm signals. When the sprinkler heads in the piping
system are triggered by heat released during a fire, water flows
through the valve, activating the alarm system. This enables early
fire detection and rapid response. Additionally, both mechanical and
electrical alarms provide fire notification. A wet alarm valve
assembly consists of the valve body, trim, water motor alarm gong, and
pressure switch components.
Size Range: 2" - 8"
Connection: Grooved or Flanged
Operating Pressure: 300 psi (20 bar)
Approval: FM & UL
Y-Type Strainer
Y-Type Strainers, are devices used in fire protection
and water piping systems to filter out debris, rust, sand, and other
particles from the pipeline. They are named after their body shape;
the Y-shaped design collects debris without obstructing flow and
allows for easy maintenance. This protects valves, pumps, and other
equipment while enhancing system efficiency..
Size Range: 2½" - 12"
Connection: Grooved or Flanged
Operating Pressure: 175 psi (12 bar)
Approval: UL
Basket-Type Strainer
Basket-Type Strainers are devices used in fire
protection systems and water installations to capture debris, rust,
sand, and other particles in the pipeline, protecting pumps, valves,
and other equipment. With their large filter baskets, they provide
effective filtration in high-volume flows and enhance system
efficiency.
Size Range: 3" - 12"
Connection: Flanged
Operating Pressure: 250 psi (17 bar)
Approval: UL
