Gear-type positive displacement pump sucts foam concentrate from the
atmospheric foam tank and delivers it to the pressure balancing valve.
The pressure balancing valve precisely regulates the pressure in the
foam and water lines by returning excess foam concentrate to the foam
tank, ensuring the correct amount is directed to the foam
proportioner. The foam proportioner, at balanced pressure, provides a
mixture at 1%, 3%, or 6% ratios, producing the foam solution. The
system can be integrated into both fixed-flow and variable-flow
firefighting systems.

It is a diaphragm-type valve with a bronze body and stainless
steel internal components. By returning the excess foam
concentrate coming from the foam pump back to the foam tank, it
balances the foam pressure with the water pressure.
